Forms can be submitted at any one of the collection centre mentioned below.To view  designated branches of different banks,please click the link below.Please retain the receipt received at collection center carefully till you receive the bonds.

You can search for the collection centre by entering name of city in the search box placed at the right top of the blog.Then posts having the city name will be displayed.

General Instructions:

• Application form is in A3 size but one can take print out in A4 and use it.Take print of only first page.Only first page of form needs to be submitted at collection centre.
• Investor can apply in Physical as well demat mode.
• For Physical mode,there are TWO signatures,one is in the first half of the form and another at the bottom,above the acknowledgement copy.For physical mode please ignore column of DP Id and Client ID details.
• Please attach self attested pan card,self attested address proof,Copy of cancelled cheque with application form.
• Issue Check in favor of “L&T Infra Bonds 2012A” for L&T and “IDFC Infra Bonds-Tranche-2” for IDFC.Write application no,your phone no behind check.
• In case you are opting for demat mode then enter correct DP Id and Client Id details.Attach self attested copy of pan card alongwith application form.
• When you submit application form an acknowledgement slip will be issued to you.Please retain this slip till you receive the bonds.
• Face value of L&T bonds is Rs.1000/- so for investment of 20,000/- total number of bonds applied will be 20 while for IDFC bonds face value is 5000/- so number of bonds applied will be 4.
